Thanks for the support, I’ll double check the rates see what’s the best option.
Can’t wait to get bodied and enjoy some craps hahaha.
Hey guys first time posting got a question to ask all right maybe 2 . Where do the regionals to get into the big tournament take place? anyone have a guess the game list will be? I know AE UMVC3 MK9 KOFXIII but what others?
You don’t need to compete in the regionals to get into the Evo World finals…you can still enter just the Evo World finals if you want.
That said…I believe the Evo staff are still taking application for regional majors to be part of the Evo tournament season.
As for the lineup…just wait until it’s officially announced, which I think is early January.
alright let’s parlay say I wanted to go with a group from allentown. anyone from there going? I’m barely making ends meat as it is. The reason why I want to go is to win it. and obtain the prize money. I got 45$ saved up. for the hotel plane fare not sure. I’m pretty sure i can make enough money…

You may get a better answer asking in the regional section…
Another reason to live in vegas…EVO events.
Good evening. I’d like to point out that none of the news article links work in the official site: http://evo2k.com/ When you click on a news article, it leads you to a “Page not found” page. Please look into fixing these links. Thank you.
thanks for the heads up. Its been fixed.
Hope it’s OK to ask this here:
Will you use TwitchTV for streaming EVO this year, or will you use UStream?
quick question

I want to know what games I should practice this year.
I dont mean an exact date, but a timeframe
I’ve been saving since November.Hopefully I’ll be able to make it this year again!

Time to start saving up.
Is there open registration for EVO, or do you have to win a qualifier to punch your ticket?
Evo World Finals in Las Vegas is open registration…
Registration is open, like Geese Pants said. The way I understand it, placing in a qualifier will net you seeding points, and seeded players will be spread out as best possible between pools. Given that Evo now uses a variable number of 16-man pools, and that seeded players comprise a small minority of entrants, I would suspect that there will be at most one seeded player in a given pool.
So basically earning seeding points will help to guarantee that you don’t go up against (say) Justin Wong in your first pools match.
This will be our first EVO. What games will be played on Friday? We may not be able to arrive until Friday after 3:00pm. Just wondering what usually takes place on Friday?
Pools on Friday…don’t think they announced the schedule yet.
