i heard the japan players got seriously owned by alch after finals and daigo had to be wheeled back to his room…also that alch plus team japan=maaad homo
confirm?
hey A_Wolfe,
when you talked with daigo about st jpn scene etc, did you ask him who he personally thought to be the best in st from japn? it would be nice if they sent their “best” besides him or 1 of their other tops for old skool fighters.
I don’t think that’s the way I translated it for you guys, and I’m sure that’s not what Daigo said. He said that you guys could probably win a Japanese tourney (read: a local tourney).
By the way, when are you guys thinking about going over there? I might be there over x-mas break, so we can plan out our trips together if you want.
He said that he thinks Ani-Ken is one of the best, and probably the best player these days.
Lol, Graham said the Nationals not me. I thought he just meant a tournament, which is cool too. :lovin:
Anyway, I just wanted to that you for taking time out to do all the translations for us and setting up time to talk to the guy. That was really cool NKI, Props. Also, that video was sweet.
Definitly want to plan a trip to Japan. I would love to go practice against some of the worlds best. Those guys are crazy good. We’ll have to go for sure.
I can’t speak on Marvel, I don’t play it. But I can speak on CvS2. Buktooth is one of the most consistent players worldwide with Iori/Morrigan/Hibiki. Fucking Morrigan, man. And last I checked Combofiend uses Rock/Rolento/Eagle. And don’t forget OTK who uses Kyo/Rock/Hibiki. That’s only a few players that I know of and that’s still better than Street Fighter 3: Yun vs Chun.
