the thing is, with sa1 you can keep her in check and still be safe. using sa2 as a reversal vs makoto is far too risky since you’ll instanteneously die if she blocks. ex rrf -> sa1 does the same thing and is safe.

Hey guys, I’ve got a question on how to do Remy’s autofire. Someone on 2DF had shown me this, and I can’t get this to work. To be precise; this is when Remy can rapidly throw out projectiles without using his SA or SA meter. This guy told me what you do is charge back, then forward and LK, wait for it to hit, and while waiting charge back and then forward LP, then you can do whatever and rapidly spit out projectiles.
Can anyone help me out?
there’s nothing auto about it. Search the forum for “rapid fire” and you’ll find something on it if you haven’t already. It’s been covered about 843 times.

oh fuck just realized that close mk links and does not cancel to sa 2…
It both links and cancels fine.
one thing you can do to stop her dash in is to mash c.lp… when u see 2 of the c.lp’s connect you can combo into flash kick. this technique works wonders and has saved my ass plenty of times. :smokin:

Hey I don’t know if this has been discussed here or not but if you do air to air fierce punch in the corner you can walk while they’re falling, s.lk reset and dash under. Semi strict timing on the reset, but nothing too hard.
Sounds good, I wouldn’t pass up the lk cbk -> hk rrf combo you can do there myself tho.
How do you corner grab flash kick short characters like yang, yun, and so on?
Yeah that combo is more often than not what I think someone should go for, but if you’re close to killing someone I’d take the risk and just do cr.lk xx super :smokin:
