Both are correct. Except in the case of Asians, both East Asians and northern Native Americans share the same mitochondrial DNA; so from hereditary standpoint they’re more Asian than African in the human timeline.

From what I’ve seen the regional difference between Asian looks is as much based on diet and environment as it is genes. There’s a stark difference in overall health and body type between a FOB Asian and one who was born in the West. Personally, I’ve seen good looking Asian females from all backgrounds, so I don’t feel the need to tier pseudo-scientifically.

Yes, but the distribution is different.
White: White women tend to fall right in the middle of the spectrum. Take a big group of white women and a good percentage of them fall into the “fuckable” category. Not the “wifey”/“something to brag about” category, but the - I can fuck her, not be ashamed of fucking her, and would hit again if given the chance; also known as “a 5 or a solid 6.” I don’t see as many ugly white women as I do of other races, but by the same token I don’t know if I’ve ever seen a white woman that made me say, “god damn she’s fine.” I’ve seen some good looking ones definitely, but never a 10.
Black: I see way more ugly black women than any other race. It’s much easier to find an ugly black girl than it is anything else, BUT the badass black women are unfuckwitable by any other group of women. Asian: Asian women are kinda like a mix of both black and white. There are more ugly Asians than white, but not as many as black, and the best looking Asians fall somewhere in between the black girls and the white girls. Also unless you’re into skinny chicks then more times than not all Asians have going for them is the face. Overweight Asians are less common than the other groups, so there’s that, but usually the only thing they’ve got going for them is their face.
