i understand what you mean mandabear, but can you just report him/her to microsoft or whatever? i’m pretty after a few violations, microsoft will ban his console.
unfortunately, i reported every day for one month along with many others. there have even been letters to xbox and capcom sent out by many friends, and other users fooled or annoyed by her. she has many other accounts by the dozens and it might not even be that she has just one console.
