Someone manipulating the leaderboards to get points without actually playing anyone fair and square. Often creating multiple fake accounts, playing his/herself and/or covincing another to give up points
They sometimes do the 1 round 30 seconds rule

A majority of the top half of the xbl leaderboards are cheating.
If you are in the top 10, you are getting 1 point per win as an average,with over 100 points per loss as average.
You telling me,that they are playing the game for 24 hours per day,and never losing a match EVER?

I love how everyone is getting butthurt over fake points on a ranked scale for a game designed for 14 year olds. Priorities guys. Sure I think boosting is lame but so is openly weeping about it!
to be honest, i dont really care about ranked at all(if it isnt this one, it would be someone else, rank doesnt show real skill e.t.c] which makes this booster issue less of an issue to me, then the fact that this person is malicious and attacking people on such terms like: being racist, sexist, harrasing others, faking accounts, and being a huge huge huge huge troll, creating accounts just to get into peoples lives and stir up trouble. faking the identities of young girls, and openly being completely crazy. and even more honestly, i think its pretty hillarious/entertaining.
