Thanks, Larry, for holding such an amazing tournament! I had more fun there than I could have ever imagined. I will definitely be back next year!
There was also a track meet (Moorehouse Invitational?) or something like that too (plus a Sigma Epsilon reunion and some other stuff)ā¦
I was in the lobby hanging out and met/talked with various of the track members and coaches, so later when I was walking behind two husky people in skirts at first I thought they were just shotputters or somethingā¦ until I noticed their husky shoulders. Whoops. :lol:

First off, big props to Larry and the FRXI crew for pulling off a great event. Things went surprisingly smoothly, especially considering that there were ~20 or so tournaments running. Not sure how you did it, but good work. It was fun being around so many strange games and seeing crowd-pleasing moments in almost all of them. I would have liked to have seen another setup per major game for casuals, the vending machines refilled (stupid hotel planning there), and would really have enjoyed Marvel only taking one day, but respect that you all did a great job. Also, the kid with the Superman cape was classic.
Nice to meet everyone. Iām glad I had the chance to finally see Atlanta/FR. I apologize: I was pretty exhausted from finishing up a bunch of stuff at work, so wasnāt staying up all night like I sometimes do. Thanks to all for making me feel welcome. My stick kind of broke further in transit (it was the black with blue buttons and crunchy stick MAS that some people borrowed), so I pretty much had to eke out whatever I could get from it. Somebody needs to tell me how I can get a reliable/great stick. But then again, I see Mixup and Magneto-X and JWong playing godlike on random crappy sticks, so ā =\
