I think SFIV’s design is more innovative. This looks great, but doesn’t bring in anything new, other than an upgrade, in my opinion.
These are sprites. And the same could be said about SFIV, really (I love how it looks though).
the game definetely looks really good and i’m sure it will offer the same complex, feature full and most important “FAST” gameplay it has always offered. I just hope max mode (ala snks version of CCs) gets put back!

I never really got into the KOF series. I was really biased towards other fighters. If it wasn’t made by Capcom or Midway, I didn’t touch it. Now, I really regret it. This new KOF looks awesome and no doubt I’m buying this on release day.

Eh…UMK3 vs MK2 is something like the way a lot of people here look at SF3 vs SF2, all the fans played it, maybe even religiously, but there are just as many people who hated the dial-a-combo and run system as the people who loved it.
I definitely prefer MK2 to MKdial-a-combo.
