No need to bring a team, but feel free to bring a bunch of fighters!
Dragon Punch (10/15/10) is a single entry double elimination tournament, as in, each match is one person vs one person, 2/3, winners and losers brackets. Everyone you bring who wants to enter will get a chance to fight and work their way up to the grand finals!
No worries if you don’t completely understand the tournament structure when you show up, people will make sure everyone is up on the rules at the event.
We’re doing both team matches and FFA, so you’ll be able to play if you don’t have a team, lots of people will show up who don’t have a set team, so there will be people to team up with if needed. Make sure to show up early to play casuals and find a partner, but also bring some teammates if you definitely want a piece of the team events!
Yeah I didn’t get it either, but then, I’ve been playing FPS tournaments since Doom. Deathmatch performance is the true test of FPS skill. Anything else is bullshit.
Halo: Reach - Killing Frenzy is today (Friday). We’re getting a late start so there’s still plenty of time to enter for anyone who hasn’t shown up yet. SSF4 - Dragon Punch is tomorrow (Saturday)
