Tbh that’s TOTALLY bad. I’ve been going to tourneys for a few years now meng. $30 is insane. Mvc2 tourneys used to debate between $3 and $5, because that’s plenty to enter and the top spots 5 are usually the same people, so they chances of getting it back are low. $10 was considered a lot. Heck, $30 is a lot to enter for a tourney that I have good potential to win.

yeah THeo you definitely don’t know enough about the game to prove yourself in Portland… yet. And I can’t make it to the next DP either since Imma be leaving for Vancouver BC that day to visit my brother and sister-in-law. Unless Tim wanna hold the tournament on the train ride (which would be dope), I’m afraid I gotta sit this one out too. About Tourney Play, that’s one tournament I definitely told myself wouldn’t be worth going to. 1, I’m not a Blazer/basketball fan, and 2, $30 entry? That’s 3 tournaments down here, broz. I know you’re in a big city and all, but that’s no reason for jacked prices, IMO. Real Talk. Simple Binary.

I just got an idea. What if at one of the tournaments, we run TWO Single elimination tournaments at 5$ each?

If we wanna play the gaming triangle- U blew up People in portlands top 5 -> I blew u up last tourney that I faced u in -> I will blow up Portland. Dude I am not afraid of Portland on the whole, my knowledge lacking or not. I just am not gonna gamble $30 to see if I can make it to the payouts in (what looks to be ) a big tourney WITH Seattle coming down. I know that I need to learn so matchup stuff but I’m not ass or nothing. We should def hit up a gk tourney tho.
And Slash that’s not bad wording really. It just means $30 gets u into a team tourney also, which still isn’t terribly enticing. Are you making money off this tournament?
