It was Sam B vs Simon in loser’s finals. Neither of them really dropped the ball. Thanks for the acknowledgment. I just did what I had to do and hold it down for my city. Portland isn’t the only city of Roses. Thanks for coming down to show your support though. If it had been any other weekend, I would’ve been up for that 3v3.

Last night was hella epic. I really liked the venue and everyone was super chill. Well definitely come back in greater numbers next time. The salty runbacks were legit lol. You guys have alot of potential and it’s awsome what Shoryuken League is doing for the community. Anybody who hasn’t been to one of their events is missing out. See you guys soon.

I’m super honestly starting to think that both stick and pad are inferior to these button boxes simply because you can do inputs with
a: no chance of mistaken input, such as getting down instead of downback by pressing at a slightly incorrect angle
b: hugely faster inputs. WAY FUCKIN’ FASTER. Entire miliseconds faster than stick or pad are even remotely possible of doing inputs with.

In other news, SSF4 Casuals at Shoryuken League tomorrow (Monday, 11/22/10) afternoon-evening-night. Qidori (Coast Sam the Yoga-Shangri-La Man) is in town and we’re trying to get some casuals set up for him Monday and Tuesday night because he’s super starved for local matches out there.
Hit me up for more info, or just show up! Maybe we’ll do a little honor battle tournament, or Taiga Knee+Qidori vs Everyone Else in Freegene teams tournament.
