I’ve kind of been thinking about this for a while, but would anyone be down to do a private Endless Battle lobby for Northwest players? (on XBL)
I try to make it up to Seattle for TWars or Gameworks when I can but gas prices are killing me. I thought it might be cool if some of us could get together at a specific time to play some quarter matches and level up or just BS without having to drive anywhere. lol

I think we have a thread somewhere that is all about letting people know when you are online and doing what, wouldn’t be a bad idea to just post up in there when you are getting on or planning on getting on.

I was getting mad that I couldn’t seem to hit any 360’s, and I couldn’t seem to close out a round/match. There were a couple that I really should have had, but my execution of even simple things just wasn’t happening. At the very end, when I was fighting your Sagat, that is when I really gave up and just condor dived over and over and over.
Oh well, I’ll get some practice in and get a feel for the new spring in my joystick, hopefully it was just a combination of that, and the fact that I hadn’t played for a couple days. But I do think that I’m starting to learn some things about my playing that I really need to work on. Namely that half the time I’m not thinking about what I’m doing, and the other half I’m not executing the things I’m thinking about!
GG’s to everyone and thanks for helping me realize these things about my playing. I’m starting to see (before I didn’t, I just saw two people playing with good execution) the mindgames on your end, and starting to realize I have none of my own. I’m glad though, that now that I’m starting to realize this I can work on changing it.

what spring did you put in adam? i still need to put the other ls-32 spring in mines, and ill be g2g. your t hawk isnt bad, and you kept guessing right when i would neutral jump and you would dp me. i kept expecting spd lol. i just picked sagat to see if it was as bad i thought it would be. sagat is still hard for big guys.

Things are just a little tighter. So not a huge difference, but it kinda messes me up a little when that muscle memory kicks in. Also I’m trying to not ride the rails anymore, but that is just kinda hard for me, I might just drop that.
Also, why is Condor Spire’s inputs so strict when when the forward dp is the typical “Mash out a DP” structure. I don’t know if anyone else has noticed this, but I can do dp’s one after the other all the way across the screen with no mess ups, but when I go over them and do the EXACT same motion, spire doesn’t always come out. Just kinda odd.
But pretty much every time that I did a standing fierce on your wakeup, that was supposed to be a meaty spire, that might or might not corpse hop, into 360. I did it on one match against…I think it was the guy playing Hakan.
The other thing that was bugging me, is when you played Ibuki, I would purposely try to bait the neck breaker so I could punish with 360, but I would get jumping jab or some other nonsense.
I don’t know, my timing and execution were off and I was a little salty afterward at myself, purely for not doing the things that I was trying to do. I still am learning a lot by playing you guys though, so don’t expect me to shy away from matches!:nunchuck:
When do you guys usually play?
I’m usually on from around 12:30am to 3am.
But, Fri. and Sat. I am on a lot more since I’m not working those days.

Yeah. I work nights and I’m not much of a morning person. But Friday and Saturday I will be on earlier I’m sure. I think there are about 5 or 6 of us that usually play at night.
I did see Josh on in the morning once, and Dusty Blastoise was on at 10am or something.
