Didn’t go and wish I could have gone, but heard that Tinh switched from using Sagat to Rufus. I’m guessing he needed a bit more time with him and get more situated playing with Rufus.
Lot of enexpectables this tournament. I enjoyed watching and talking crazy caffeinated mess. Alan didn’t get Chang’d, Jack didn’t jump much, Choi lost early,Tinh didn’t play much Sagat, Sicx lost to Korea.Everything I expected to happen didn’t really happen…except that dropped combo v. KOREAAAAAAAAAA …WHO ARE YOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU? LOL. Look foward to playing and poppin 1 frames all day next time.And if possible, I would like to play Tinh,Jack,Sicx,Korea,Choi,or Tinh,or Korea,Or Jack,or Choi ,or Sicx first round.I like the epic match first setup now. @ Pyro: What I think that is … is it’s your area code… I think Tonamento or region seeding is the deal with that.I used to talk shit about never having any easies first round/etc… but I look at it as a challenge to evoke hype early and cause some ruckus… I usually play Korea pretty early the same way… like everywhere… and yea, same deal… I prefer random select… but I "kind of " get it because far drives and Street Fighter politics make things like that happen often till you start wrecking or doing P.R. work. Pre Evo though, I just want big ,hype,high pressure matches,and always streamed if possible… just to work through my gulp Jitterrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrz :karate: …But yea man. I hear ya
