I’ve never seen that happen, but I’ll jump in training mode tomorrow and test that out. I’m assuming that, if done at the same time, EX Messiah beats it out though?
Rufus has a few options after the first part of ex-messiah kick, he can do the regular backflip thingy, the overhead, sweep, or fadc backdash out. If Bison does his ultra while rufus decides to go for the overhead or sweep, it lands clean. You would think that with the overhead, Bison would go under rufus, but he snags him right out of the air heh.
This is assuming Bison blocks the first part of messiah kick ofcourse.
