3s rocks, challenge me today :D. Spencer, please bring your PS3 if you can - and your laptop if you want me to take a look. I’m assuming it won’t work, though, cause I didn’t have to get drivers for my PS3 TE on my Intel laptop - maybe you have an AMD. Anyways, bring it and we’ll check it out.
Call to arms: I’ve since procured two more TVs, but one may be too large and heavy to place with the other two on that plastic stand. I’m bringing the large TV to get some opinions on how to set it up, but for simplicity’s sake, assume we’ll be using two setups today.
That being said, I’ve got my PS3. Can two people each bring a PS3 setup for a total of three PS3s? If we can figure out a solution to this heavy TV problem, we can pretty much have a reliable three setup system going on. If this doesn’t work out, bring some cash if you’re interested in the TV haha.

Why did I not know about this going on. I’m usually in that area on the weekends and this works out perfect. I will definitely be showing up next weekend if this is going on.
edit: daaaaaamn I only have a TE for the xbox360. Do you guys have sticks for people without them or is it sort of a you don’t have it you miss out?

The Street Fighter 4 Tournament will be 15 dollars to play
Money for SF$ will go towards the pot for the tournament prizes
Prizes: The Prizes for the SF4 tournament will be awarded to the 1st 2nd and 3rd place winners.
Street Fighter 4 1st place 70%
2ndplace 20 %
3rdplace 10 %
Rules:
Double Elimination
Matches will consist of Best of 2/3
Finals will be in best of 3/5
All matches are to be best 2/3 rounds
All characters are legal.
In the event of a draw, both players will engage in a Sudden Death match that will determine the winner.
Pausing the game during a match will become a WARNING. If it occurs again an automatic loss will go to the person who paused the game.
Console on which the games will be played on will be determined between the 2 who will play being they choose either PS3 or Xbox 360
A buttons configuration match will be allowed before you can start your actual matches
No Turbo usage allowed PERIOD
BYOC meaning Bring your own controller!

All the same rules will still apply. If there are any changes, I’ll make a post here and change the stuff on the first page to reflect the changes. No problem. 3s is really fun. Elena’s tricky to play against, but maybe it’s cause not many people play her. HOW DID I LOSE TO JACK :[. Not like he’s garbage or anything, but I feel I have more experience than him and he still wrecked me. He just adapts too well :[. Oh well, ggs Jack. I just came back from a trampoline place and I had a brilliant idea: one on one dodgeball money match. Perhaps I could beat you at that o_o.

EDIT: Actually, I lied. I’ll still be in Irvine for West Coast Warzone. If it’s not too late, I recommend changing the date to be a week later - there might be a lot of people that are going to Warzone that will miss this.
Also, are there two games? Looks like there’s only SFIV but it says “money for both games.” Also, how’s the entry fee breakdown? I know I may seem kind of anal about this, but you saw how there was confusion in the Jollibee’s tourney in that thread o_o.
If it gets moved to a later date, it’ll probably get a better turnout.
I am double posting for a reason - I feel this deserves it’s own post. People, we are switching this tourney from a weekly format to a biweekly format due to low turnouts. I’ve discussed with some people, and biweekly seems the way to go. If we had it monthly, the turnouts may be too big to have it at The City. And… weekly, it may seem like a chore to come out and play. So… all the same rules apply, but from now on, tournaments will be every two weeks.

I’m not sure of any 916 players that hold regular sessions, but Tyram holds them every now and then. If I see any open sessions, I’ll post them here.
