i will go. I would also like to get a more casual game going with people too. I have zero offline experience and I would really enjoy the opportunity to play normal citizens regularly in addition to the high pressure tournament.

My schedule is so random i’ve not had the chance to try and start something like i wanted to originally. I had only one gathering, and it failed. If it wasn’t for Kuroshin, Deejayzero, and DaWhiteShadow to hold casuals regularly, my goal to revive Sac would have been a miserable failure. Glad we got so many Sacramento people interested, now we just gotta set a day.

I live in EG and just moved literally down the street from there. anytime after 5pm is good for me, weekdays. weekends are reserved for my kids, but i’m sure i can find the time being that it’s so close. i know a couple other cats that might be interested as well.

Alright guys, I just talked to Howard and he said he might be able to have us til about 9pm on Saturdays. One thing he’d like to have an idea of is a general headcount. I know some people were definitely interested, but we’d like to have a realistic ballpark figure - maybe 10-15 for now? If we can get a decent headcount confirmed, we can probably have this thing on Saturdays later in the day. Please, though, if you don’t think you’ll be able to come through, say so in your post.
So now let’s have a roll call. If you think you’ll be able to make this tourney regularly, please say so so that I can get a ballpark headcount going. If you think you can make it every now and then, that’s ok too - just let me know.

wow…I’m away from SRK for a couple days and look at what Ive been missing out on. LOL…well it’s a given that you need to add me to your head count. I’ve got one other friend that will most likely go. as far as other people I know…I’d say that I’d have about 10 other people that would possibly show up. And that’s not counting other players that they might know.
So add me to the list +1…cause I’m pretty sure I’d show up with at least one head. Once there’s a green light for this event I’ll make sure to spread the word.
If it’s needed, I have a 32 inch HDTV…PS3…and an HRAP3 that I can bring.

I was thinking maybe around 1pm - we could start a little bit later if it’s better for everyone. Remember, we have til about 9pm, so I think we have a little leeway if we’re planning on starting at 1. If anyone wants to move it back an hour or two, let me know - but for now, we’re going with 1pm.
Man, I’ll be psyched if we can start this week!- but we probably still need to make sure all the plans are straight and stuff. Plus, Howard hasn’t gotten back to me yet - he said he had to discuss with his wife - but everything seems like it’s looking good. Realistically, we’ll probably be doing it next next Saturday - I’d say next Saturday, but it’s July 4th o_o. But, everything’s subject to change, so I’ll keep everyone posted.
