Well, the tourney was fun. I’ll post the official results on the weekend.
Next tourney is October 13. So if you work, maybe you can ask for the day off. No promises yet, but I want to add Super Turbo and #R to the roster. I am not sure of putting ReACT instead of EFZ.
Highlight of the day: Christian beating me on the first match of the EFZ final. I felt like Justin Wong with all that screaming.
3S: I am not sure if Lando sandbagged on me since he used Ken instead of Dudley. Matches were close though. The final with Fernie made me remember of the 3S cinema days for some reason. It was fun. Fernie’s Remy is very solid. I need to improve my reflexes - I would have done a lot better if I was able to react on time to several things. I guess I lost my parry abilities due to CvS2 but with AE out I hope we switch focus back to 3S so I can get better on that as well.
CvS2. Lost to Chew, but at least I got payback on a “grudge match”. The more I play the game the less I like it. It’s a good game, but the little “quirks” the game has end up building up and killing the fun for me.
Marvel. nothing new, but I do feel bad for what I did to Cesar although it was accidental. Destroying some guy in Marvel with just Chun Li was fun. Captain Corridor > air Hyakuretsu Kyaku = 50%.
EFZ was okay. I am sure Lando could have done better. I guess once I get the match CD more things about the game will open up.
Hate on EFZ all you want. It’s not my fault you cannot see how good the game is behind those girly graphics. The copies are around, so don’t give me shit that I am the only one playing it. At least the game is more fun than CvS2.

I wish I could had gotten into that tourney, but work comes first. Fernie was all top tier and Cesar’s bread sticks were really good. Lets see if I can enter this next tourney.
