I’ve got the weak-point of those bastards, even though I did not know the button configuration by heart, nor the command list of any character (KoF 2k2), I still beat those bastards using the best technique there is; the awesome ‘Turtle’ technique! Since each round consists of 60 units of time and each unit is about 1/3 of a second, each round is about 20 sec. long! Since it is like this, SNK players from Mexico (don’t know if all of them, but all that I played; about 20) want to get rid of most of their opponent life in those 20 seconds; thus their style is very very very violent!
The weak-point I found was that they rush in to get a combo, so I just blocked or rolled and countered their wiffed moves and then ran back like a total turtle! what I learned from those guys is that even if you know how to make the best combos and shit, technique still beats command-combo knowledge.
