sup guys, just got back from EP a couple of hours ago.
i got sick the day after i got up there (friday), so i couldn’t really go out too much. i actually stayed in the hotel most of the time. i checked out the tilt at the sunland mall, but it was 11 am on sunday when that happened, so no one was in there. we mostly were looking for apartments on the west side where my parents are going to stay. when i get the place, i can have people come over as well. if everything goes right, my bro and me will have a 2 bedroom townhouse in the Mountain View complex (forgot what streets its off of). that place is very spacious. coo deal too.
we drove up scenic route on the last night. that was an awsome sight, to see EP and Juarez lights.
other than that, we ate at a lot of buffets and rested in the hotel. i’ll miss LA, but also looking forward to the move. looks like the final date will be sept 5 (starting the drive up there, so will be in town by the 6th)
i’m driving down aug 11 again to drop off 2 of our cars, so i’ll call ceser’s number on either the 12 or 13 so we can get something together.

hey btw last sat I played with Ferny, the Jtown former champ… he’s got like the arcade sticks like the one that we got baited in in the las trny… plugged to the insides of a dc controller just sitting there in his living room… it’s kinda cool for me tho but I did get some good games in, incluiding a new Kaneda tactic :nunchuck: I guess maybe I could practice with him till I get to play Joe & DJ… besides, it’s free :tup:

Ok, summer is winding down FAST. Me and Dex are thinking of having a big tourney… all the usual games, even DDR, lol. So, we need a big place to have it at, and Tilt is shit, not to mention lacking 3s, CVS2, etc… =\ I have good brackets ready, so I’ll be ready this time, lol.
Probably have it on Aug. 6th.
I don’t care if it’s in El Paso or here. Just as long as we can get a good place to play at. It needs to be big, though.
