oh this tuesday I went clubbing and I saw that juarez guy, the one with the strider/doom team and he told me he wants to see you guys again :lovin: lol and that he’d like to get together and play some games, but the thing is he cant come to el hell hole iono why (drug probs? 
) anyways he seems pretty cool and my guess is that he’s one of the best if not the best meshcan player (im 2nd bitch :nunchuck: … ) I already told Joel and we started wondering coz this guy (ferny, lol not fernie) plays at an arcade but maybe we could go to someone’s house un juarez, maybe Joel’s or even mine and take some sticks and play some games, but i think it would be better if we did this by the time finals are over… i think it was the 15th… maybe that friday, saturday or sunday… anyways, lemme know what you think and i’ll tell this guy, or if you want to contact him email him @ fernyboy5@hotmail.com maybe we can even ask him to bring some of the other guys who were in the finals who werent that bad either…

Wow, I take back the thing I said about Halo 2 being good. I fucking hate that game. So much random stupid shit happens on Live.
Edit: Haha, SRK is in LOVE with this game. Doesn’t really surprise me, though. It’s the most over-hyped game ever and is decent at best IMHO. Halo was perfect and Bungie tried to do too much new shit plus balance out the game. Honestly, this game is so inferior to the first one. So many flaws…

No fall damage, so scrubs can fall in levels such as Headlong without worry. Fucking bullshit, because this was a damn SKILL in the first game, in case you didn’t know.

Pistol? Toned down, because it was overpowered. Unfortunately, this is what separated good players from noobs. The pistol would have made Halo 2 SO much better, because it’s levels are so damn huge.

Level design is horrendous, aside from Beaver Creek. They’re too big and too enclosed. Too many rooms to go through, too. Open levels made Halo good.

The weapons are all balanced now. Sure, sniping still takes skill, but other than that, no weapon, even with dual-wielding, overshadows anything else.

The rocket launcher - yeah, make the game faster and slow down the rockets. Stupid logic

Online play - Wow, this is the only reason why we’re playing the game, and even this is broken. Characters are constantly warping, not all the kill information is always displayed, sometimes you get a black screen, etc… WTF, Bungie?
Honestly, a lot of the people who like Halo 2 are the people that sucked at Halo. All of a sudden, they can do well, and that’s bullshit. This game simply isn’t fun, either.
Sure, there are some good Halo players that like Halo 2, but they’re just abusing snipes and none of the new shit from what I’ve seen.
If you like this game, then good for you, but for all the people that truly appreciated Halo, we hate this game and you scrubs that influenced Bungie to change all the good shit of the infinitely superior prequel. Except for graphics and sound, but eh, who cares?

sounds like someone has been beaten too many times ;). The only thing i dont like about Halo 2 is the pre game set up. If you play by yourself you might as well start up the game search thing and go to Mcdonalds eat something and talk to some friends come back and watch as it hits level 2 lol. Then once the game starts play for 2 mins and start all over again. as far as swords go if you see someone with a sword just run backwards and kill his ass. Dual wield Green Pistol with SMG and that usually kills someone right quick. If you think you are in range of him lunging you. All you have to do is Duck so the shoot over you ;). The weapons are a tad boring though, aside from the Sword which i think is cool The only thing keeping me playing is the Clan matches and when all your friends just get online to play together. Seeing as how my Halo buddies are just Me and Cesar in El paso and the rest in Cruces it’s a little hard to get Lan parties going 
. From the tourney’s i been to here in El Paso seems like the competition isn’t all that good. Seeing as how Me Cesar Nate and Dave got 4th place in a team Slayer, when none of us really played all that much. Although i hear differently about Cruces.
I guess i’ll end with this
