It can get tough if you live on a college campus. Seriously, I’m stuck eating a lot of crappy food both health and taste wise. Then it gets worse that I’m a really picky eater when it comes to vegetables and they typically don’t have the ones I’ll go after (corn, green beans, onions, occasionally peas), I’m mostly a meat and fruit eater.
Anyway, if I’m in my dorm due to a lack of time, I usually do exercises around nine o’clock simply because I got to take a shower right after anyway so it has some convenience. Other than that, as of late, I’ve gone to my schools gym to do the same exercises along with running/walking for a mile (for now at least) and beating the crap out of the punching bag. The jujutsu I mentioned earlier will probably help too.
Above all else, make sure you’re enjoying it and it’s not becoming a chore for you. If it ends up that way, be like El Fuerte and mix it up. Part of the reason I do body weight exercises is because you can do them just about anywhere and I don’t have to worry about jackasses making fun of the skinny looking , ambiguously brown guy trying to bulk up.

It does not matter what time of day you eat. It is what and how much you eat and how much physical activity you do during the whole day that determines whether you gain, lose, or maintain your weight.
Weight gain occurs when you consume more energy than you expend.
No matter when you eat, your body will store extra calories as fat.
There is no evidence that suggests the way we digest food or store it varies based on the time of day or how close feeding time is to sleepy time. It’s safe to assume that one’s weight reflects the balance between calories burned and calories consumed over time, regardless of when you choose to eat.
That was the first thing I did. (I do find it beneficial to have a soda when I go to the arcade though, more sugar tends to lead to more button presses which benefits Fuerte)
I’ve had about 12 soda’s since 2010 started, go go New Year’s Resolution to cut down on soda!

I was just thinking what if the Hakan players did this in order to learn Yagli Gures and like us with masks and food at EVO, they actually attempt to use Yagli Gures; extra points if there are girl Hakan players.
I guess the whole eating before sleeping was just a myth then. I heard it from my dad if that explains anything.
As for soda, I’m more of a water drinker. The main exceptions are Sprite/Sierra Mist and lemonade.
Some good lemonade with free refills and a nice spicy platter of Mexican food. HEAVEN! :tup:
Strawberry lemonade is just as good. Oh, I just remembered that last Thursday, before I went to go see Videogames Live, I had myself a bitchin’ burrito. It was filled with beef fajitas, spanish rice, cheese, and pico de gallo. I was surprised to see that some quality Mexican food was within such close proximity. Just wish I could walk there.

Fuerte is a chef, we talk about food. fuerte’s in shape and he even mentions fitness if you look into it. Your argument is invalid, and you’re still an ass.

I’m really enjoying the direction this thread went into lol, also densuo im reading scoobys workshop so thanks for that.
I’ve been to Scooby’s before. I used the beginner’s workout as my base. I found it interesting on one of the articles about referring to anecdotes of teenagers gaining 20 pounds, with 75% of that being natural? WTF?! I’ve weighed 160 pounds for the last five years with the main differences in height and fat and muscle percentages.
Anyway, I use this exercise when I can’t do pull-ups.
I’ve also been kicking the crap out of the punching bag. Once I get these, I’ll be doing punches as well. I don’t know if I’ll ever do knee stuff even though I need it.
Fuerte`s matchup and video threads are indeed very comprehensive with a lot of well organized info, so this forum is not lacking in any way in meeting its main objectives.
What is special about Fuerte is that he makes you love what he loves even outside of the game Because of him I learned so much about mexican culture, food, and now fitness! now that is a lot more than what you can ask for from a video game character lool Not to mention that I am starting to have some really nice new friendships with people who initially noticed me because I use such an unusual character without sucking too much lol To me, he is by far the best thing that has happened to SF in a very long time, he is sooo spicy XD I just love him so much <3
