I don’t think you’re doing anything too wrong in the matchup. After watching our sets it seemed you were off your game a bit and bet the round in some key situations.
Actually one thing that stands out is your use of the air backwards dash. Not sure if this will be a viable way to get in. Though I’m not doing it with any consistency right now, Gouken can punish with palm, ultra II or if i’m feeling ballsy just dash all the way up to get a full combo. Seems like you’re trying to condition me not to antiair as a way to get free jump ins but you’re losing more than you’re gaining from doing it. I think the best way to approach is to focus fb and slowly move in and push me into the corner. Slash if I get too predictable with fb’s.
On my wake up you should anticipate me trying to get out with ex demonflip. I don’t use it much but most people can punish with a raw ultra if you’re looking for it. Actually, I bet you could make an easy option select that incorporates that up ultra fireball. Will probably cover ex demonflip and ex tatsu since they both take to the air.
Same goes with normal xx demonflip throw/kick “mixup”. I only use it because I’m not being punished for it and its pretty much day 1 gouken shenanigans. Jump in the air and swat me back down or just dp it.
Any tips for me mr gouken?
Don’t drop your combos! 
Other than that less “random” ultras. You get me sometimes but you’re betting 50% of your health everytime.

Notes:
- c.mk lowers oni’s hitbox so ex tatsu misses. Activates ultra when he’s helplessly in the air.
- Activates on ex demonflip and hits gouken after his invincibility frames
- loses to counter and backdash. Use at your own risk
- on block c.mk xx fb cancel. FB is -4 on block so I may be able to punish it
It’s not perfect but I’m sure you’ll be able to adjust it to your own knowledge of Oni normals and frame data.
