Okay. After a lot of discussion with Fugee, I have concluded what I am going to do for ECC.

$1,000 added to the team tournament. The winning team shall have the following breakdown of the money: $150 to each member except the player who holds the best score for their team, in which case will receive $400. Each player of each coast who is entering this team tournament (invite / play for spots qualifcation process) must submit a $100 entry fee to add to the prizepool, otherwise I won’t endorse an extra $1,000 for this tournament. It’s a good thing anyways, it will make it a bigger pot.

I’m going to make sure the sticks are in good condition by helping Phi in the purchase of brand new ones. Also, we are in the works of getting more TV feed during all marvel tournaments so that it can be viewed easier from different parts of the break - we all know how crowded it gets at times!

I’m adding $500 to Marvel Singles tournament. This is all going into first place prize.

ok, after talking with several members from each team due to Travel compilications and unfortunate circumstances that took place at evo …the original teams are not going to be be possible…so its in the tournaments best interest at this point to cancel the 5 on 5 event because we dont have any confirmation from the wc to who is attenting.

Right now Team EC is like the 96 Bulls. Having that team would discourage people from WC coming. Also, after all the drama between Sanford and Brandon, I think having both of them on the same team would be bad for morale and can only hurt things.
Thus to build hype I propose the following.
- Sanford and Brandon cannot both be on the team.
- Sanford hasn’t beaten Bill and Potter in a long time (lost to Potter in TT at Evo, lost to Bill 5-1 at Evo, forgot score at Evo East but lost also).
- There’s a good chance Potter and Bill will be on Team WC.
- Sanford has to beat Potter 4of7. Winner gets 100 backed by Hevad.
- Sanford has to beat Bill 4of7. Winner gets 100 backed by Hevad.
- If Sanford beats both Potter and Bill, he gets to play Brandon 4of7 for the spot on Team EC.
- There’s a roundrobin for the last spot, nominated by a panel of people including Justin Wong aka Captain Wong, Hevad since he’s backing a lot of money, Fugee, Phi and Random James since he has such a complete understanding of Marvel and contributes so much to the community.
- Only serious contenders for Team EC will be nominated. No joke names like Motrix Zhou shall be submitted.
- I am also open to playing my son Motrix Zhou aka SGF aka Shit Garbage Free for 2Gs at ECC.
- Dipset made Sanford shirts. Who has link?
Team WC should be Chris, Chunk, Potter, Soo…last spot round robin between Reset (because he’s playing too much 3S), Mike Ross (if he would increase his roids), Duc, Clock and Bill (but it’s on arcade so that’s questionable).
I think both teams should have a coach/manager. Jaha for WC and Bryheem for EC.

I think ST sticks should be whatever Phil dislikes, thus further decreasing the chances of him showing up. DSP and Random James = heart and soul of EC Marvel.
I don’t even play marvel competitively. Crane game tho, No one is seein me and Sigley.

LoL damn…I’m in North NJ. About 40 Min from the Break…10 minutes from the City…
If this is about housing…I’ve housed MULTIPLE people from all over at the same time during ECC in the past…however due to new complications and the process of me moving to my own place…I’m not sure what I can do to help out people with housing. If its just a few people (which is usually not the case), I can probably do it. But last ECC I ended up housing 10+ people…definitely can’t do that again.
