LoyalSol and I were talking last night and we thought it would be cool if we could get a fightnight planned between the Pullman/Moscow, Cheney, and Spokane (and anyone else who wants to play of course) players for some MVC3 and SSF4 sometime in late April.
I know we have some real talent in both games in these communities so it would be a shame to not share the love with our neighbors before school gets out.
Would any of you guys from the other communities be interested in this? Let me know, and if the feedback is good I can start planning time and location!
Not to sound douchey, but was there any reason this couldn’t have just been posted in the spokane thread, rather than starting a new one for it? Spokane is close enough to N. Idaho that it’s basically the same thing, except I have to give stateline props for having better strippers than us .
This is basically what we’ve done for the past few months if I’m understanding your idea correctly. Maybe you were thinking of something more official/tournament-like rather than our casual meetings? Either way sounds fun. I guess you’d just have to come up with a convenient location that could also hold all of us.
Yeah this event would be a one time, so everyone from all around shows up. It didn’t seem appropriate to put that in the Spokane thread. Also, as far as I know, only one person from the Pullman/Moscow area has made it out to any Spokane/Cheney events, so I didn’t want to hide it from them.
