I was playing this game a few months ago but kinda quit at Level 7 due to how monotonous it became without friends.
I find myself merchanting more than PVE or PVP :\
All I know is that I like the idea of the Ashura class on Slayer, with being blind but having strong-as-fuck attacks
Are they raising the lvl cap to 60 when the full game gets released?
I wouldn’t count on it.
What does that mean, exactly? Player vs Enemy? Who’s the enemy in this case? Isn’t it the other player? I’m confused.
Enemy= AI controlled monsters.

"Player VS Environment"
But yeah it means the CPU aka AI mobs.

Hopefully my ISP fixed whatever they were doing down my street because yesterday I had all red connections with people even in pvp. So tonight if anyone wants we can have some practice pvp to get back the feel of playing this game. Of course my connection of recent has been shit lately so I’ll try to see if I even connect.
But yea PvE= player vs. environment which is against the AI. SO you are basically playing a beat em up like final fight or streets of rage.
PvP= player vs. player. Fighting people like a fighting game, whether is 1v1, 2v2, or whatever.
I may hop on later today since my TV crapped out on a random power outage during rain last night. I wanted to wait till Wed but I need a game to play.

The fact that you can spectate in pvp sounds ridiculously awesome. I love love LOOOOOVE spectating people playing 2D games. This game IS all in 2D…right?

There’s a thread in the fgd which is probably posted in every other day, but as far as likes game is pretty fun if you find some good people to play with, and even then finding parties is not too hard. Pvp is pretty fun, I personally take it rather casually and it’s fun to have matches every now and then. The classes bring something different to the table and I would say any class has a decent chance of winning in pvp.
Some dislikes would be sometimes the connection goes funky or some people just can’t connect with you, it’s just how the netcode is. Pvp does have balance issues if you run into a guy who is decked out in high gear since they pretty much can deal a lot of damage and take a little in return.
My advice is I guess take this game at a decent pace, and don’t burn yourself out. I rarely use the whole fp bar and probably try to find decent people to play with. Normally when you start out you lack a lot of skills and some classes don’t get good till they hit 40, which thankfully is pretty easy to get to in this game.
