I don’t even think FIOS is around here yet either. But Not like I have a job atm to pay for it. plust i’m currently staying with my mom so it’s not like i’d want to go all out then move out months later after getting it.
it’s fine I guess. I just wish that shit would DC me when i’m not in a dungeon so I won’t have to sit around waiting for HP/MP to recover when I shouldn’t have to.
I laugh at the instability of this open beta. I’m 1 bar away from level 35 though so I don’t mind. I needed a break from today and the 2 times Comcast decides to have it’s shitty connection hiccup on me during a dungeon run.
It was sort of weekly, but sometimes it seemed like they just skip a week here and there honestly. Then this past week has been hell on maintenance. It’s been extended multiple times and more maintenance than usual because they wanna prepare for the holidays.
Though the easiest and most probable excuse is it’s Nexon. :xeye:
Yeah, Nexon seems to be the popular culprit of extended maintenance and server checks. I remember how the sleepywood.net forums use to blowup when there was a server check/patch.
Even if it is a pretty awesome game, imo, Nexon is still calling the shots here. And those that have played other Nexon games know how they roll.
I haven’t really felt like playing this in weeks, and finally kind of wanted to start back up today while I had nothing to do. xD Guess I should go out and do my Xmas shopping anyway. =__=
I see you’re getting quite fond of that brewed coffee there.
once Wednesday hits, i’ll cruise my grappler right up on to lvl40 then go work on the soon to be blademaster as that’s at like…lvl 11 now. but we all know this week and possibly next week will be a fuckton of maintenance.
Yeah, I’ve actually never really played a “CQC” character in any MMO. I’ve always played the archer, but I don’t care for gunslingers. I think this will be a good change.
I’ll let you know how the BM advancement goes, I still have 11 more levels left…
Yeah, found a very good detailed guide somewhere on there. Very helpful as he doesn’t just give a build (I hate that kind of guide) but goes into detail on each skill and why you’d want it for PvE or PvP.
I’m considering going full PvP and just improvising with that skill set on PvE.
Yea, a good thing to remember for any build is that if you build it toward pvp, you can still do well in pve, but if you gear yourself toward pve you can completely fail at pvp.
Battle mages are scary at high level. Even if they look like lolis, a lot of them are like tanks. They hit really hard and take lots of hits to kill (That mana shield El Fuerte!!! makes leather armor look like plate and phase shifting is a get out of jail free card). On my nen master the best way to take on a battle mage is running in the opposite direction. :xeye:
Once the 16th rolls around, we should totally party. I’m tired of being stuck at level 26. It’s simply grueling. Can’t wait til the semester is over and I just hafta chill the Spring starts. :xeye:
Reading that makes me feel pretty sure I’ve already fucked up my Priest. I distributed my SP way too randomly. ^^’’ I kind of felt like dropping him and making a Fighter anyway though, so I guess it’s not that bad.
So they’re upping the experience gain on the 16th? That’s good, I think I was just around 21 or so, or whatever the requirement to get into the Sky Tower with the dragons was, and it was really starting to drag.
