Is it just me or does Dudley’s music not fit with his character at all? It’s like something out of a club. I can’t picture Dudley going out clubbing; he’s just too classy for that.

Capcom have some obsession with brittish characters and clubs/pubs for some reason. Eagle -> bouncer works at a club/pub. Birdy -> fights at a club or a sleezy bar. Dudley -> club music, but a club in england could have several meanings.
Are you crazy, You Blow My Mind is perfect for Dudley. 3.3 is definitely the best overall. Just watch Dudley’s idle sprite and listen to the track. Tell me that’s not perfect.
