Now I know why some Anti airs like Boxer’s beat Thunderbolt clean. Seconds of charge, dozens of frames of startup, dozens more of recovery and that thing doesn’t even have active frames until near the ground… The SSF4 crew must have pulled numbers out of thin air, saw it in motion once and claim: “Welp, at least it looks cool”
