When dudley does Cross counter, I didn’t see his health bar drop. It’s difficult to tell what exactly happened because of the glare, but Cross counter only loses white-health now?

Ex duck upper/straight should punish ryu’s sweep on block even from max range, which is something i definetly look forward to in that matchup.
It has been said that you can do the upper/straight part 3 frames after the ex duck.So ex duck upper would have 6 frames startup.Now think how much stuff you can punish with that!And for duck straight, it’d punish basically the same things as rolling thunder does, with aproximately the same range.Now, if the data we were provided is corect, this could be very good stuff.
I actually want ex duck in some matchups right know, like when my opponent does something only Rolling thunder punishable because of distance, and i have no ultra or can’t react fast enough with the rolling thunder motion after a blocked single normal.(i can’t get reversal rolling thunder on blocked sweeps for example, and with ex duck, that would be so much easier.)
Duck straight should also punish akuma’s sweep, if he doesn’t have enough ultra meter to do a raging demon , and all kinds of stuff.HYPE!

Honda’s headbutt/ st hk, Ryu/Ken/Dan/Akuma sweeps, Boxers cr hk, Seths st hp, Rufus cr hp/ cr hk just to name a few.
If this holds true Rolling Thunder will be completely obsolete outside of maybe the guile matchup…
