i just want to say, after hearing that dudley is one of the characters that can go toe to toe with sagat, i am jumping on the dudley bandwagon.

I’m actually more interested in Dudley’s core mechanics. I know you’re not a professional but how did his walking speed feel? And, generally speaking, how were the speeds/ranges of his pokes? Obviously not 3rd strike fast I’m sure.

Any videos I put up I have to send to the WONDERFUL people at Capcom EU first for approval. And I certainly am not going to put up videos of me in training mode fluffing a variety of combos before the official glorious technicolour reveal video is put up online.
We’ve been on tour around the UK with some pretty well known UK acts and we have been recording people playing backstage and stuff to help bring interest to the new game to some of the kids who may have picked up the first game and didn’t know there was an update coming. So it will basically be full of people using Ken doing flaming uppercuts and one or two competent people trying out things. Should be fun though!
Btw, do you have any info on the new trials that you can leak? Like, is it only combos, or is it stuff like “Do a 15 hit combo during feng shui engine”, similar to EX3?

lol there’s a bit in the Ultra cinematic that looks EXACTLY like the bit at 30s. Rolling Thunder is one of the best animated Ultras so far. Corkscrew Cross looks a bit ridiculous, but when you juggle it you don’t get the cinematic.
The only thing I’ll miss with Rolling Thunder is mashing on the buttons for more hits.
But, generally, was there any reason not to mash that super in 3S?
given SF4 engine… that will no longer be a factor… my 7 year old nephew fights my grandma in SF4 and it looks like 2 people that know what they are doing… with all the input shortcuts and the fact that execution to link ultra, and supers is so loose Dudley is going to be a lot more dangerous in Super than he is in 3S… Trip Ultra in the corner… TOO MUCH DAMAGE…
