“Keno” says that Dudley is one of the two sagat-level new characters. It may also not be the real keno though.

Several people have hinted already hinted that Dudley is top tier.
I’m gonna go out on a limb and say it will be like 3S and ducking won’t have an EX. I’m guessing you can still be swept out of it. Just use it to get close, then bait sweep/srk/poke > Backswing blow >> Super?
i wonder who will stay true to dudley.

I don’t know if anyone’s pointed this out yet, but it looks like Dud won’t have Backswing Blow. It’s back to Thunderbolt (that weird off the roof overhead he had in 2I).
It’s been stated that he will have all of his specials and command normals.
I’ll try him out, but if he doesn’t flow as well in this game as he did in 3s for me, I’ll drop him.
I sort of click with some characters. If I don’t, i ain’t even trying to perfect them.
Anyways, I’ll try out Juri first, Ibuki, Makoto and Duley next. Then I’ll try Guy, Cody and Adon. Won’t even touch DeeJay or Hawk.

I just hope he isn’t god tier. He’s got quite a bit of tools for someone with Ryu level HP. The Dudley Blanka matchup will be a nightmare.

So excited for the Dud! His regulars just comboed so well, and looked hella cool in the process. One of his ultras being the Dempsy roll just makes him that much cooler.
I wonder if his taunt will do damage like 3S, they have to keep that it in, its signature…I loved finishing ppl off w/ it! I guess i’ll wait till more information is released…!
