I can see it happening. It upsets me, but i think it’s inevitable, especially if the rumors are true about him having as many if not more setups then rufus, and be sagat status.

hey this is sf4 we’re talking about, alot of those who played sf4 never played sf2 or 3. so i think its very possible dudley will be the new ken. but i think him not having a projectile or a flaming uppercut will in time make the scrubs get bored of him fast.
He’s a real boxer but none of his moves are textbook.

me 2. i’d rather Q than a female character( nothing against female characters) .its just that we know how capcom treated the female sf4 cast so i predict makoto and ibuki being like chun li or worse.

I’m with you in belief though about the projectiles. It’s a safe move that keeps people away. Dudley is pure offensive (for the most part). It’s not in their mentality.
Wow. This is the first time I’ve really listened to any music from NG/2I, and I definitely have to say that Leave Alone > You Blow My Mind (I prefer the 2I version; the piano in the NG version seems to slow the song down awkwardly), which is interesting since YBMM is one of the few 3S tracks I like, or can even remember!
I was gonna say the same thing. I love playing dudley but man do i hate parries and stupid option select parries.
Dudley has a weak uppercut and lots of really tight links requiring execution that you cannot mash out. You won’t see lots of Dudley’s online past week 2 of release.
Ugh, i hate 1up…just reading those comments is giving me a headache.
I wonder if his cross counter would take focus damage now or regular damage like usual?
