I would recommend the latter two because you can post under a Creative Commons license.

Apparently today is the day photobucket resets the bandwidth cycle for my account (the day of the month I signed up). Going to go upload the ps4 pics to my G+ and then relink them into this thread.

Updated first post with usb pinout for ds4 models JDM-011 and JDM-020.

Pin out for the 011 and 020:
7- Vcc
8- Vcc
9- Gnd
10- D-
11- D+
12- Gnd

Need to update the trigger inversion. A 10k ohm resistor should be added between vcc and trigger button signal. However I will add to the post an alt method for inverting the trigger buttons using hex inverters. Will be a quicker and easier wire up over using transistors+resistors.

There’s Injustice. That’s the only fighting game available on PS4 at the moment (to my knowledge), but it is still plenty useful for checking your inputs.

There’s injustice on ps4, but I mainly test inputs on pc then plug it in my ps4 to check it connects.

The ds4 works on ps3 minus home button support. There’s also the psn now thing where you can rent ps3 games on the ps4.

Injustice is on the PS4.

Both the Hori V4 and the Mad Catz TE2 PS4 version have a switch to change to PS3 mode.

On top of that, The Sony PS4 Dual Shock controller do have basic backwards compatibility with the PS3 console

Hmm… Injustice that’s quite hard to find here in Asia since no one plays it.
But I guess if the pad works on PS3 I can always give it on try on PS3.
Or Playstation Vita TV.
