Oh its the PS3 Dual Shock.
You are actually better off with anything else. See the first post for more info.
The DS4 is one of the hardest PS4 PCBs to padhack.

That said, look at your Picture.
See the labels for the test points near that ribbon cable connector slot.

GND is where your GND goes
D- is for D-
D+ is for your D+
and 5v is your 5 volts or VCC
