For anyone who was a fan of Whose Line Is It Anyway? that wasn’t already aware, GSN has just started airing a new improv show from Drew Carey called Improv-A-Ganza. Like Whose Line, the show is entirely improvised, but it does have a bit less structure than Whose Line, it’s more of an improv stage show (which makes sense, considering the show on GSN is in fact a 2 hour stage show condensed to 20 minutes). GSN is putting the episodes up on their website, which you can watch here:
So far, the show has been great, all the cast from Whose Line is just as sharp as ever. The main low point was having Charlie Sheen on the second episode completely ruin the last bit.
case of too many cooks IMO. Whose line had a better format, and more time. This is good but could do without some of the lower tier guys there. It should be permanently Ryan, Colin, Wayne and Greg
I think time is the only real thing that hurts the show. Like I mentioned before, they take a 2 hour Vegas show and cut it down to 20 minutes, so that really only leaves time for a few games. I think the only thing the show really needs is to be extended to an hour timeslot.
Charlie Sheen looks around confused
"Charlie Sheen fucked a dead hooker"
Everyone: LOL
