I think they are the same except in the ps2 and xbox the juggernaut glitch doesnt work and i heard the dreamcast has crisper sound effects.

the ps2 version has that counter glitch that makes your point character and your countering character get hit.
Xbox version is pretty good, but certain glitches are gone and the resoulution is awful.
DC is the closest to arcade perfect. Also, the audio is better
