Does Kotaku have a personal vendetta against Dragonās Crown or something? I donāt understand why They are going after this game so much when there are games a thousand times worse then this. I saw no bad press when DoA5+ was released and that game is AIMED at sexualizing womenā¦ Not that I have a problem with the DoA series <3
All I know is theyāre probably helping to sell the game faster than Atlusā marketing department does. I havenāt paid attention to video game news until all this bickering actually made me read a review. Then I pre-ordered lol.
Heās second only to te dwarf, and even then his speed gives him almost the same DPS.

Any combination of double jump, three air dash attacks, his air launcher, his air attack, and air dodges and youāll be up there longer than the wizard with levitate.
I just fought medusa and I only touched the ground like twice during the entire battle.
Half of his skills are offensive and the other half are defensive. More if you count the one or two that benefit both aspects.
I went all offensive for the first half of the game, and now Iām getting some defensive abilities, mainly because I need something to dump points in until I meet the level requirement to upgrade my offensive skillsā¦
It may be because Iām decked out in S rank items but I cant even do combos without killing most enemies a couple of moves in, some in two or three hits. Meaning I canāt even finish the defeat four hit chain on them.
His counter is fucking amazing against bosses, and with the auto guard skill itās even better.
My S rank sword gives me a +11% stun chance, add that to the stun chance in the counter and itās about a +50% chance to stun enemies, including most bosses. I havenāt fully upgraded it but hopefully I can get it up to 100% chance to stun.
Then you got the Cyclone masher skill that ups your air attack in range, power, and duration. Iām already a murdercopter and Iām I havenāt even fully upgraded it. Add that to the āflyingā thing I talked about and anything tall or flying is fucking toast within milliseconds.
The sword also gives me +13 luck, Iām at about 64 luck right now, I donāt know if thatās high and I donāt know what that means but I assume it has something to do with item drops.
Also, I just noticed Rannie levels up every once as a while.
