Yeah slow is gdlk. I’m really liking Wizard so far, levitating around creating lightning storms is really satisfying. Hell, levitate is fucking awesome by itself at just avoiding everything. There’s a boss who lights the entire arena on fire at one point and I honestly don’t know what melee classes are supposed to do about it. I just fly away watching them burn to death.

There is nothing negative about power fantasies, unlike hardcore nutbag feminists think. And I’m having a Piccolo moment: my revived cpu teammate does okay in a fight, but he just won’t DODGE! He died like 4 times in the boss fight in Wallace’s underground laboratory. I’m practically dancing around the giant beetles and he’s like “Oh, that hurts me? Huh…maybe it won’t this time. ugh…Okay maybe THIS time. ugh …Okay, maybe…”

I should probably sleep, but I don’t want wake up and everyone else is like level 37 or some shit.
Online is unlocked when you run through each of the nine dungeons once. Which is about the halfway point I think. Once you’ve done that it will prompt you that you can play online the next time you go to leave town for a dungeon.
Three friends and I played for about 16 hours straight from start to finish on Normal mode. Was really, really fun. We decided to run Fighter, Elf, Wizard, and Amazon.
Overall, really impressed with the game. Pretty god damn good.

I went to GS and they said they were sold out. Fuck’em, just went home and DL’d - I’m a firm believer in not pre-ordering unless they are giving me something useful (artbooks are meh, cool that first night, then they just take up space and never get read again).
So I don’t get to play too much (being a family man and all), but I’m going thru the first dungeon, the level 1 one, and my wife ask me to do something with regards to my our son. No biggie…I hit start…nothing.
I hit select…nothing.
I hit PS Home…nothing.
I couldn’t ‘pause’ until I was back in town. PLEASE tell me that you can oause after you leave the first dungeon, if not that is a HUGE deal breaker.

Overall not a big deal if you’re in town. Can’t pause in a dungeon since you’re technically “always online” due to friends being able to drop into your games online.
Well fuck that sucks. I so hope they patch that shit, I’ve only got like 4 friends on my friends list anyways…I’d gladly erase the ability for omeone to drop into my game for me to pause…that’s been a staple since at least MArio … and yes it is that important to me - I’ve got a two year old to watch and take care of so I kind of need to be able to pause constantly. Dammit. And it’s frustrating because the game seemed kinda cool too. Started with a fighter - my son’s request, despite trying to convince him to pick either the tig bitty chicks or the Wizard (he just IMO looks like an actual bad ass). I wish I could sell my PS3 copy and buy a Vita copy now.
People want to raise hell about a rape manual instead of telling consumers, you can’t pause in a single player game.

I rolled Dwarf (Haggar), and have gotten past the Cove.
And I’ve YET to see an S rank item.
Got an S ranked amulet at level 9 on my Dwarf.
It’s very nice, but honestly? Rank on your items doesn’t look like it’s going to be a huge deal until higher levels anyway.
I got some S rank shit on my Sorceress when I tried her first. Nothing on my Assmazon though. Just lots of A rank stuff.
And I pre-order all my shit from GS after talking to one of the guys there. Granted, they’re free to sell it if theg don’t pick it up in 48 hours. It just comes down to it being is it a first day/week game you want. Ass and Titty’s Crown was a day 1 release for me and I don’t regret it one bit.

Played the game with my bro and some friends, game is too sick. I went with the Elf. Love the mobility. I find that the fastest way to move is to jump and then attack with neutral Square. Has anyone messed with the dagger skills? I want to know if they’re any good. Currently I’m sticking with arrows and buffing them up.
