Sorc is one of the better soloists because you can carry a party of NPCs and skeletons. If you’re liberal with some of the good CC spells like Ice Prison and Rock Press during the dungeon, you can keep NPCs and skeles alive much longer. Create food after every room to top off NPCs and use Protect and Blizzard at key moments to minimize their damage taken. Unless you’re planning on doing chains in the 15+ range, there’s no reason not to switch bags and replenish your spell stock every couple runs.
Good run Kaz.
Two Dwarfs vs The World.
I was pretty over leveled but it was fun nonetheless.
Playing catch with goons was pretty entertaining, and so was lighting smacking the bosses back to back.
Even better, I leveled up enough after the dungeon run and got the chaos belt that gives a 10% chance to cause lightning strikes on hit, which I used to help you whoop the ancient dragon’s lame ass.
Yea it was fun. All the shit I got helped me fill up 5 bags.
I sold most of my spoils.
I run mostly Chaos gear, because you can re-do the levels and get the items multiple times.
I already have 4 of those hammers, and I plan on getting 4 of those belts.
Chaos Hammers seem pretty good, although I haven’t gotten any that have any kind of CC on them just yet.
Out of all the bosses on hard/infernal, I think the Minotaur has given me the most trouble on my Dwarf. Can’t seem to clear the orc adds fast enough while damaging the boss too, and things get really confusing/cluttered because the orcs take up so much space on the screen.
Every other boss is pretty free for me strategy-wise, unless the Arch Demon has anything new on Infernal.
lol, I finally had the framerate chug, I’m a Wizard in a party with 3 Sorceresses, all of us with minions, with the three village girls, tons of enemies on screen and blizzards being thrown around like it’s nothing.
Been playing this game a shit ton it feels like.
63 dwarf
58 sorc
51 elf
45 fighter
Maybe I should just stay with one class to a much higher level to experience infernal more. I only played it a little bit on dwarf.
I really want to mess around with zon, but maybe after I take a character through infernal and Ancient Dragon at the very least.
ninja/assasin class, weapons master class, beastperson class, master martial artist with no weapons class, demon class etc.
I’d rather them do re-skins for the characters.
Roland for the Fighter
Morgan for the Sorceress(Morgan’s way hotter anyway)
Dark Elf for the Elf
Luccaine or the Hermit for the Wizard
Warrior Monk(armored Nun) for the Amazon
And I cant think of anything for the dwarf.
Maybe a tiny Orc or Golem.
I’d like a pure Fist based character.
Yeah, I’d love Lucain as the Wizard. As for the Dwarf, make him the freed Genie (obviously smaller). He kinda looks like he’d make a good dwarf.
I’m kinda surprised that they didn’t have the heads separate from the bodies of the characters, so that you could swap heads and such. Like, just giving the option to have the Wizard with a long beard and hat would be good enough.
I mean, if TF2 has taught gaming anything, it’s that you should always allow for the potential to sell people hats.
Oh, and maybe they could have a weaponsmith/merchant class, who can produce crossbows and other temporary weapons for himself and others to use.
Sorry for goin’ on about this, just beat the game with the Wizard and now I’m just waiting for the credits to get done.
I shudder to think that I’ve got to go through those credits four more times. One can only look at so much sorceress pics on gelbooru.
Yeah, I dunno why they won’t just let you skip it after the first time. Hell, I’d like to be able to skip it the first time even, but I guess they gotta get their 15 minutes of fame.
By the way, thanks for that info on the Wizard vs A.Dragon. I destroyed him in less than a minute with the fire ward -> meteor -> spam ice magic with three NPCs ganging up on him. He only had time to kill one of my NPCs. Got that Vanquisher trophy.
Oh yes you do. Warpaint? And if you have them Incite Rage and Iron Will. Adroit hands is really good for Ammy as you get more time with strength pots/warpaint/anything else stacked together
Does the sorceress or wizard have invincibility frames on their jumping evade? I keep getting bopped trying it.
Yes. I’ve seen my sorceress flash and a zero pop up while she’s evading in the air (or at least I’m pretty sure it does, it might have been an item proc nullifying damage). After playing my elf for a bit the sorceress evade does seem to be a lot pickier on the timing.
But your ground evade can last for a ridiculous amount of time if you hold R1. So try and be on the ground when you know a big attack is coming.
Are you online now? We can kill it right now if you want.
Yes. It might as well be mandatory. That’s the only way you’re maxing your DPS out.
Ran 3 or 4 dungeons on hard with Bunqueefa the Sorceress last night. Wrecked shit. Playing witb randoms wasnt that bad. I would rather play with people on my friendslist so we can use party chat.
