Dragon Ball FighterZ: Legendary Saiyans Edition

Ultimate Gohan, Super Vegetto and some version of Gotenks are shoe ins.

After that, yeah, no more Saiyans, Blue Goku and Vegeta depending on how they are handled.

So with Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, Fat Buu, Cell, Frieza and Trunks we now have 4 main saiyans and 3 main villains of the series

I really don’t think we’re gonna see any other saiyans in the roster unless ArcSys wants to include adult gohan somehow or delve into the movie content by including Broly

From now on we should start seeing the rest of Z Fighters

I think we still getting Vegito and SSJ3 Gotenks.

Gotenks even with Trunks is still posible. Since they both exist as a different parallel of existence.

Rose with Zamasu as a pair in one character is the best direction since zamasu is weak. The only thing that makes Zamasu relevant is he is part of black and rose evolution. Zamasu is like Android 16 another character with few fights and just a tool to progress Cell story.

I expect the next reveal to not be a Saiyan. Probably Picolo or Android 18.

If fusions are seperate characters I think Vegito, Gogeta and Gotenks are instant lock-ins.

You have the possibility of adult Gohan/future Gohan/mystic Gohan because he’s super different from SSJ2 Teen Gohan, I wouldn’t be mad about that. Villains from Z are far and few between and the standouts are Frieza, androids, Cell, Buu and the movie villains. Broly, Cooler and Bojack were some really good designs and the movies were great to boot.

There’s already enough saiyans and characters that are similar and do similar moves. No need to crowd it with the same character

I’d like to see

1. Master Roshi with Mafuba Instant Kill. Also either as Max Power Master Roshi or Jackie Chun.
2. Tien with Chaotsu in the background. Chiaostu helps out in certain combos.
3. Android 17 with Android 18. I could see them playing alot like Relius or Carl Clover. Interesting mechanics for the win.
4. Krillin with Destructo Disk Instant Kill
5. Yamcha as Bandit Yamcha and not Dan.
6. Broly either playing like a grappler, or playing like Azreal from Blazblue
7. Young Goku with Power Pole as his weapon and Great Ape Instant Kill

The character I know for sure is going to make it

Piccolo. Hellzone Grenade is probably going to be his regular super with Special Beam Cannon being his instant kill or lvl 5 Super. It’s too iconic not to be apart of his moveset.

Is this game even going to have instant kills? I mean GG, BB and even HnK all had some sort of one, but would this game have them?

I can only think of Goku and Frieza having one, no idea what would Vegeta, Cell, Gohan and Buu have for that. Father-Son kamehahema is already a LVL5 Super, Cell’s Solar Kamehameha is his LVL3 super, Buu already turns people into chocolate, and Final Flash is also a cinematic

No way they would replace Sword Trunks’ iconic design with Super’s. At worst, they would just give him that as another outfit, or put Trunks from Super as a whole new character.
