Right, so they both start out as their most recognizable form and then have transformations that both basically have time limits in the show. All of which could be considered from Z.
Thats a good choice! probably characters that would be in also have a memorable fights especially in the DBZ.
So probably no characters with misc fights and no joke characters?

Why multiple Goku’s or Gohan’s or Buu’s or whatever? That would make sense for the fans maybe, but this won’t get new fighting game players into the game.
I just hope if ever multiple Goku that should be limited to 2. probably will get the other buu since its a different persona anyway then least of DB saga anime more on DBZ. I hope GT and Super villains at least even without there Saiyan interpretation.
Now that Trunks has been revealed(duh, who thought he wasn’t gonna be in it?) that should be it for the core saiyans.Besides Gotenks and Vegito, they should focus on the other characters now. I assume Piccolo will be revealed next followed by android 18.
Hopefully Super cyan is level 7 special for Goku instead of getting a separate slot. Black will have his own though and I don’t mind so long as he plays significantly different then Goku himself which shouldn’t be hard at all.

There are only a few characters I REALLY want to see:
Dabura, 18, Jaco (that little space cop from Ressurection F) and Ginyu.
Piccolo too but we all know he’s gonna make it so there is no point of even asking really.
I also haven’t watched anything past the two new movies so Super stuff is all new to me.
Any thoughts and idea? Who along the Z saga with best fight scenes do you think would be candidate in this game?
Besides the Andriods, Broly, Picolo and the Kid buu because they are likely in this game.

If fusions are seperate characters I think Vegito, Gogeta and Gotenks are instant lock-ins.
You have the possibility of adult Gohan/future Gohan/mystic Gohan because he’s super different from SSJ2 Teen Gohan, I wouldn’t be mad about that. Villains from Z are far and few between and the standouts are Frieza, androids, Cell, Buu and the movie villains. Broly, Cooler and Bojack were some really good designs and the movies were great to boot.

I need meta cooler like ultron playstyle. And Android 18 with Android 17 as one character seems interesting. Ginyu in a captain commando playstyle.

I think Gotenks is in for sure. Well liked and lots of potential for special gameplay which is nice.
Pikon seems to going out of the popularity equation of the Z saga.
I can’t wait for picolo and broly reveal.
So with Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, Fat Buu, Cell, Frieza and Trunks we now have 4 main saiyans and 3 main villains of the series
I really don’t think we’re gonna see any other saiyans in the roster unless ArcSys wants to include adult gohan somehow or delve into the movie content by including Broly
From now on we should start seeing the rest of Z Fighters
