I hope they better display what buttons are being pressed when practicing because. They used the d-pad as a way to connect and I was getting confused looking at those inputs

Frieza stuffs and punishes dragon dash like its his fucking job. Air medium gives full combo, stand and down heavy stuff it and give a combo, and every super stuffs that shit free. Shit was fucking orgasmic how 70% of matches started with fools dashing and getting stuffed with rocks into full combos.
Vegeta has amazing supers for raw dashes, his hadouken back knee beats that shit clean.
Kid buu laughs at raw dashes with air medium or candy beam into level 3.
Also deflect was extremely reliable. Niggas didnāt even know what to do after they lost the only strategy they knew.
Bro sparking is stupid as all hell. Screw waiting for lvl3 when I can use 1 or 2 and rush you the fuck down WITH assists. And the damage? I was punishing raw tags with kid buu candy beam>sparking>lvl 3. Nigga that shit is 60-75%!
If they had any prior damage niggas got a character wiped and I was rushing that ass down with the remaining time.

I disagree. Cell and Frieza are nuts, but Gohan is right up there. They were easily the best characters imo.
To me Kid Buu is clearly the best from what Iāve seen. Insane pressure right from second 0 due to fast long reach, a (semi?)infinite and whatās probably the best pressure assist. Shit gets you locked down for a good while. Unless something changes weāll probably see a lot of him.
Definitely cell too. Cell, adult Gohan and Frieza for top 3 this beta. They have so many options.
Maybe itās because I played a lot of kid buu, but I didnāt find him threatening.

Feels dumb to even think in these terms so early into the gameās life, butā¦ Gohan definitely seems like top tier material. Heās just got so much good stuff. Beerus, Vegeta and Cell seem really fucking good too. Maybe Krillen but I didnāt get much time with him.
Gotta say though, there wasnāt one single character I didnāt enjoy immensely.
From what i tried myself, only Nappa and 18 felt āweakā when compared to the others on the beta, mostly because they seem to require a less straightforward approach and maybe will depend a little more of the teammates.
Krillin seems to have great tools o force ambiguous situations for upcoming characters.
