RIP Extension hopes

Not sure if old or not, but kid gohans light version of lighting legs does a extra hit if you hold in the button. Sadly still doesnt seem you can link off so pretty curious, perhaps there is some set up that can workā¦ Seems strange to add a extra hit in if you hold it in but it has no real value other than wellā¦ adding a extra hitā¦ I could find no links with it as isā¦ On that subject perhaps obvious but for mashing fireballs as well you can just hold in the button instead of mashing every hitā¦
As for the falling down faster thing the only thing I know of besides the ultimate gohan thing that I could think of are you talking about how you can super jump fall down faster? Although that seems way to advanced for you to be seeing it often in the beta at this stage. But that is possible in this game as well. You can super jump and if you hold up your character will float a bit more than usual wiht that jump and their next and if you hold down they fall faster.
This game makes me feel like a kid again.
By that, Iām talking about the feeling of discovering a fighting game that you can envision yourself playing for a long-time because of how enjoyable it is. Iām a fan of lots of fighting games in general, but with DBFZ, itās just deeper. A lot of that goes back to me being a hardcore DBZ fan and finally having my wish (a competitive DBZ fighting game developed by a solid company) fulfilled.
When Extreme Butouden was released for the 3DS, I said to myself, ānow all we need is a competitive DBZ fighting game for consoles and weāre good to goā. Iām so happy this became a reality.
That it is man, i thought it had something to do with that. But i wasnāt sure of it so i was trying multiple stuff.
I guess that i am not doing consistently due my sloppy execution and because i was also trying to do it outside the super jumps.
So far i have not seen it used outside some replays by some top players on the leader boards, who i assume some of them are regular players of this kind of games.
It seems that once you super jump, if you maintain pressed up you kind of float and your fall is more slower.

One hour in a lobby, no matches. Iāll just hope the full release fixes this when I snatch it.

If the lobby is like the GGXrd one, you would only use matchmaking for ranked, since you will be able to start matches against the players on the lobby. That option is currently disabled mst likely because they want to test the matchmaking. Which suscks for those who have that kind of problem where they donāt get matches frequently on the beta.
Played a guy who was Supreme Kai rankā¦ Got bodied, but I get like I got gimmicked to death. Didnāt let me get the run back either.

One of the best things to do in the lobby: spin the avatar like a friggin moron. Funniest thing Iāve seen in the game aside from Beerus army.
Iām going to hurry and save the videos of the few matches I did in the beta before itās over and put them on my Youtube for the heck of it.
This is going to be my serious fighting game next to Dissidia for awhile.
World tournament announcer is the worst god damn
Iām pretty sure that someone already found this outā¦but apparently, I think that you can even happy birthday people from Grab or Other types of specials than Beams as I got an assist and point character with 18ās Accel Dance and Iāll show the video when Iām done with this last match.
Meaning you are not safe at all in this game if your assist is caught.
Homing dashes are the only thing I dislike at the moment. Iām not really sure how to play neutral with them around, but Iām hoping Iāll get used to them as I play the game more.
