Waldstein in Uniel was top tier, Potemkin on GGAC, Hideyoshi on SBX, Tager at some point on BB was also considered a strong character.

I’ve played about 100 games now, it’s fun.
I’m horrendous at learning games without training mode though so my oki is super wack. generally just call assist+square jump.
I don’t know about trying to play this with delay netcode. Shits kind of rough lol
Switched to two beams assist. Able to control the neutral a lot better. Running gohan, cell, goku
how is your netcode experience?
Fuck this beta sideways, the amount of time I’ve spent mashing X to get in is unreal. Plus having 3 fuckin walls where this shit fails before you enter the lobby is just… ugh

In all seriousness the game is a blast so far whenever I actually got in and played some matches. Kid Buu is 100% on my team when the full game is out.
I remember Tager being top tier in a game. I was really surprised at the time.

netcode is mostly fine if people’s connections aren’t ass. if someone has 8f delay, or they are playing on wifi and things are jumping around from 5-15f, it’s gonna suck.
The best connections i had felt like offline.
Getting matches like crazy today except that they’re mostly underwater. The few matches I had yesterday felt like offline.

Just realized that the game shows how much input delay is happening right above the match timer. Even in 5 bar matches I’m getting like 5-8 frames of delay. Then it spikes hard mid-combo and the animations get all choppy.
Finding connections has slowed down for me now as well.
Had some really good connections and had some terrible ones.
I also don’t understand why some people are so protective of points. It’s a fucking beta.

Seriously. All the good connections I’ve had left after one match, win or lose. Even the 8-9f delays aren’t… awful. I mean, it’s like being deep underwater but at least I’m getting matched against people today. Game’s crack :tup:
