For me really impressed with the air fireball, huge hitbox, maybe tracks like the assist version does? If you could only do it on the ground then whatever but the fact its aerial could be very interesting.
Is it me or does the character that Max wants to be the juggernaut-type fit Broly more? At least that has been what Broly has been presented as in past DBZ games.
Is there a video showing a normal going through someone on wake up? Cause it’s possible that you have a certain amount of throw invincible frames after you tech.
Because most of the time, it’s him harping on what he wanted for the character than what the character might actually be capable of. Example:
“I wanted Nappa to be like Juggernaut.”
“I’m disappointed that Nappa isn’t the way I wanted him to turn out.”
“Was hoping for a big body character like Android 16 but he’s not.”
No one cares, Max. This is a breakdown. Show his shit and shut up.
Waste of time seriously thats why I stopped watching him since MvC3 first came out. Save your 10-15mins of wasted time or how ever long his videos are and put it into a fap session or something, much better and more productive.
True story: I almost uninstalled the Youtube app on my phone because Max videos recommendations would always pop up. Took me months of hard work to make it disappear from my recommendations on Youtube but well worth it.
I expect Broly to actually be more like Doomsday from Injustice: Stupid mobile, a ton of armor, incredibly hard to block, but low damage as a result, with a low combo pool and relying on a lot of his enders to get him in.
I also expect he’ll has the worst zoning due to his Orbs being notoriously unorthodox
I havnt seen all the techs in the latest builds so its impossible to say if all of them still function the same way. But will see. Id assume that teching will still be way too invincible for what it is and theres just nothing you can realistically do about it because the game is easier if you will and no real throw meta. But id hope at least they get rid of it going over to the next moves.
Well of course your invincible after you tech why wouldnt you be? The difference in this game being you are invincible for way to long and it carries over to your next action. Even in games like GG, its possible when you are low to the ground if you neutral tech(does not work with back or forward)you can go through attacks. However as soon as you start your next action then you can be hit. Caveats to this being of course if you have done a dust before this no longer works as teching does not override dusts priority so dusts always must be fulfilled untill something higher in priority takes over it. This is why you can have many ‘unblockable’ situations in GG that logically dont make sense, but if you notice them happen you can hit the opponent with them. And theoretically although unrealistic you could loop the person over and over again with what might seem to be unblockable attacks. Whether or not there is any attacks that function like a dust or anything else as is though I couldnt say with out testing in this aspect.
Anyway posted all the videos here before when I found them way back in when GG was first being played and they still work in newer games today. Arcs just has a certain system they use, and its logical to assume many of the same things and ideas work. Its again as well why untill proven other wise, a lot of the ‘infinite’ ideas I posted until I see them not work, people should try them. Since its already been proven in this one you can store attack properties to other ones that normally dont even have it. Weve even seen other properties going to supers that normally dont have it. And ive talked about it before, weve seen attacks that are normally blockable in this become unblockable.
I’m only disappointed with Nappa’s damage. Shit is way too low, his assist has to be nuts for me to not run him at point. But on the other hand, his corner/pressure game is gonna be silly. They lowered his damage for a reason.
I dont think people need to be worried about nappas damage for now, it was in the videos shown even of the latest build if you look at the stun all the optimal combo route ideas should still all work that ive posted, so dont even worry about these kiddie combos people are doing. Hell if people want to complain about damage why did no one talk about tien? People getting horny like omg look at the damage melt on tiens… … … level 7… That takes away all his health… If we are to assume the regular life bar is 1000 in this game. Move did 6600… Not even 70% and if you go by the idea that other games have guts etc so this game could have it. Why the hell are people getting excited about tien doing so much damage when the move takes away all his life and his meter for that?
Again, they’ve gone on record as saying they’re tweaking the damage numbers since the Live Stream. Might as well toss what we know about damage out the window
Since what live stream? The same live stream that said they were playing the final version of the game before? lol Anyway again not that I trust the gamegoons stream if thats what youre talking about in the first place since theyve posted false and or misleading things many times now. But thats a weird thing to fib/imply about. Or are we talking about something else? Because the footage they showed on that stream they said was final version before that I recall.
After the live stream w/Max, Rhymestyle and whatnot where they showed off Hit/Beerus/Black, each of the attendees gave the same complaint to the developers(Bad damage) and the developers replied that they were still tweaking the damage numbers.
