Well I think the official comeback mechanic is still Sparking. Shenron seems like (as the other guy said) the equivalent of Danger Time in Xrd. As in āwhy is this hereā type mechanic.
Keep in mind I donāt hate Danger Time. Or the DBall thing in FighterZ. It seems like a ācool but unnecessaryā type thing.
How many times weāve seen Danger Time in a Top 8?
Itās gimmicky and almost a death penalty to anyone in the wrong end of it, but itās not really a big deal most of the time because itās a random chance off a clash in a game with priority.
Itās more funny than hype, but itās not really a problem.
On a interesting idea I had, we have seen that cell can special special because of his slow fireball. So could black as well? his stand fireball is slash to slow fireball. If we are to go by the cell idea it might be possible for goku black to do fireball button, binding kamehameha, then if fireball hits, special cancel kamehameheha to teleport, to combo.
Or potential teleport teleport, blah blah, hell I wonder if you can even super to super that way.
Or perhaps loop stuff, somehow specific distance on screen fireball, kamehameha, fireball hits late allowing you to roll back to hard, they fly away you fireball button, kamehameha again, fireball hits, cancel kamehameha to something etc etc
Hopefully his fireball works the same way cells does, and hopefully that awkward property was not taken away as its pretty interesting.
Also, I donāt know how autocombos will be important in regular to high level play ignoring the dragon balls mechanic. In P4U is interesting how autocombos are actually useful sometimes.
I have no idea, his counter could counter all moves thats why I was asking. I have no idea what discourages him from doing what he wants at this point. Its lost on me. In a game with no real throw mix ups, and his counters counter everything even fireballs full screen youd think he has to have some weaknesses. Other wise from the looks of his character he seems pretty spammy and obnoxious watching videos of him as well. I donāt buy the, his lows are slow argument as well because hes going left to right super fast anyway soā¦ Only thought I can think is when ever you see him dashing like a jack ass you just jump up to avoid it, and hopefully if you attack from certain distances in the air, his counters only have bad hit boxes or are only aimed at the ground. But he has that stance that auto hits you in the air too soā¦
So ya I have no idea what to say about him, thats why im asking lol. Looks pretty powerful at face value to me. I dont buy the he looks complicated at all. Or his counter are only one frame like they said on the stream. (please reallyā¦ all his counters are one frame? Such nonsense) Even if he was complicated, just what they were doing with a few minutes of playing him made him look pretty powerful. And lets remember even if didnt have a full screen punch you out of the air move, and even if his counters dont work vs air movesā¦ the game itself has homing dash to stop someone from running away and shooting fireballs all day sooooooooo ya maybe this he has pixi health I guess?
Is there any real footage of nappa out there? All I have seen is from the big video dump where a guy was mashing for a half minute and thatās about it.
Well fortunately that dumb mechanic will be buried by impractical requirements. It will be something uncommon and just for flash like Instant Kills in GG apparently.
