That is what iām concerned about. They donāt know what theyāre doing, theyāre just mashing buttons (probably one or two), and you can already see crazy stuff going on all over the screen. Smells like combo assist if you ask me.
Even if the combo system is wack, the neutral with aim-able beams and assists looks like itāll be interesting. Also the mixups in this game are probably going to be nuts.
Iām more interested in those two things than the combo system ATM.
Nah, I think we donāt know that yet. It just seem like you can do some basic combos by mashing some buttons (you can kinda do that in GG and BB too).
I am waiting for an actual guy to play it and explain, people here seem to dislike Max but he is at E3 today and should play it, so I am waiting for his feedback.
WOW. This game looks fucking BEAUTIFUL. It legit put tears in my eyes. I havenāt seen Dragon Ball transformations and power ups this good since Z. It looks so amazing. And it presents DB as it should be. It has the impact Xenoverse and Super lacks.
YO! When Gohan took out Cell and Goku flew it for the clash to start the next round! FUCKING HYPE!!!
Real time Instant Transmission Kamehameha?!!! Stop making me smile ASW!
Given itās a mainstream licensed title, I very much expected this to have P4U-style autocombos, and thatās perfectly okay. That game in particular was the smartest way Iāve seen autocombos implemented, so if itās the same here there will be no problems.
I have to say Iām a bit surprised (and a bit disappointed) by the lack of Burst meter. Thereās a lightning icon below the health bars, but as far as I can tell, itās a passive effect that gets stronger as you lose health and characters. It only seemed to do something when a character lost his teammates and was at low life, where it regenerated blue health Darkstalkers-style.
EDIT: On closer inspection, in another video Gohan seemed to activate the state manually (with a Sparking! notification on the side) so I guess itās not passive.
Eh, I could agree to BB/P4A with DBZ-influences and assists, though I still think it looks more like Mahvel than any of those games.
Anyway, I actually disagree with it looking like GG gameplay-wise. Very different gameflow.
