Sigh, OK look the tournament is PS3 but we will have a few 360s lying around. If both players want to play on that fine. However, if one player chooses to play on PS3, we will lend you a PS3 TE stick. This is the best compromise we can make.

key to running a successful tournament, let players bitch about choices you made all they want, but don’t change them unless there’s completely legit reasons.

trust me, you don’t want to run dual console tournies.

DO NOT RUN DUAL CONSOLE!

People may bitch about PS3 not being the regular tourney console but trust me you do not want to reach some half assed compromise on this stuff. The players will start making in tournament requests and it’ll become a directing nightmare.

For added emphasis, it really is a nightmare when you run dual console what happend when a ps3 pad player and a pad xbox player meet in the finals ?

PS3 Pad player gets priority which is already mentioned that PS3 takes priority and the xbox user will be given a PS3 pad or a TE stick. Yes, 360 controller users are somewhat shafted.

just shaft them and run ps3 only. they’ll complain that at key moments that they can’t use xbox anyways. so they won’t be happy anyways.
