Theory fighting anyone? Can you guys list a number of Hero counters? Not Heroes who are just countered by certain items but actual Hero countering? There are specific Heroes who counter a certain hero from their basic movesets. Like Panda who counters Trent because Panda’s Ulti counters the OG.
Here’s my idea on Hero counters
Axe: Countered by Warlock or Huskar (They just kill axe if he even tries to BD)
Specter: Counter by Undying (Decay owns Dispersion. Lane against a Specter and watch how she gets seriously shutdown)
Mirana: Countered by either Slark or Visage
Sandking: Countered by Batrider
Geomancer: Countered by Timbersaw/Goblin Shredder (yes, i mean it.Every skill Timbersaw has just counters Meepo’s skill set)
Furion: Countered by pudge (most furions farm in those enclosed places during early, making it a free hook for pudge. Techies can also stop that with his remote bombs but i can’t list him due to both being able to counter each other).
Just picked this game up. Been like 3 years or something since I played the original DotA. Went straight back to my old homeboy, Omniknight. Though I’m a little saddened that Abbadon is not in the game. Will he be added down the line?
DBR is going to be pointless going forward as no one is going to realize or care that their stats aren’t being tracked anymore unless they turn the option on in the option menu. So as time goes on DBR will become less and less accurate as it will only have info from people who turn on 3rd part stat tracking, which will probably be a minuscule amount of people. Hell I din’t even thing you can look at other people match history in the dota client unless they turn it on. (or my client was freaking out)
