Is Night Stalker actually a pub stomper at this point? Bloodseeker is a similar character that has always seemed to have the edge on him in terms of pubstomping.
Yeah, Bloodseeker’s winrate is down now that he isn’t instant racecar anymore.
NS has about a 50-51% pub winrate right now. Pretty nice, maybe not “stomper” levels of good, but nice.
NS is a great hero if you have lanes to support his early aggression (I.e. you can score kills in any lane you rotate to with help) and know how to use Darkness correctly. The amount of map control you get with Aghs, Darkness, and a gem is absolutely insane.
I like him because he is versatile as a pos 3 or pos 4. The regen boost has helped his laning a ton.

Yay patch notes
This patch is insane. They’re reworking the map, they’re giving out Scepter abilities like halloween candy, and the buffs are everywhere.
Most notably, I noticed that Riki got reworked. He seems way more fair now (he’s fair in his current incarnation provided you get some sort of detection), and they gave him an aoe attack.
I think merging Permanent Invis and Backstab was a good move.
His new ult his pretty nice. Uses attack modifiers and can bash if you have a basher. Maybe pair him with a Dark Seer or someone with AoE slow so they stay in range.
On one hand, I feel bad that Huskar is irrelevant now. On the other hand, FUCK Huskar.
Huskar is weird because he’s only ever been relevant in 6.85… and even then it was a cheese pick kind of like picking Brood when no counters are present. Now he got nerfed into the ground. lol
I mean, the hero was a problem. Perhaps this it was too harsh a change but he was stupid. Hopefully in the future he gets redesigned into something that’s still unique while not being retarded.
